Microwave and Optical Lab

This lab explores microwave components like Klystron power supplies, Gunn diode oscillators, radiation patterns, and optical systems, including LED, LASER, and optical fiber communication, using specialized instruments for hands-on experiments.

Digital Signal Processing

Digital Signal Processing Lab

Students experiment with digital signal processing concepts using DSP processor kits like TMS320C54XX and TMS320C6711. The lab includes various trainer kits, ADC interfaces, and Matlab7 for real-time signal processing and system analysis.

Network Protocols & Algorithms

Network Lab

This lab provides practical experience with different network protocols and algorithms, enabling students to perform simulations and verify the performance of communication protocols, contributing to a deeper understanding of modern networking concepts.

Circuit Design & Implementation

Electronics System Design Lab

In this lab, students design and implement both analog and digital circuits. Equipment includes high-current DC power supplies, process control timers, transceivers, wireless data modems, instrumentation amplifiers, and 30MHz CRO for comprehensive circuit design.

ICs & Electronics Components

Electronics and Integrated Circuits Lab

This lab offers hands-on experience with electronic components and devices, focusing on analog and digital ICs. Students perform various experiments, enhancing their understanding of electronics and integrated circuits for real-world applications.

Microprocessor & Microcontroller Systems

Microprocessor and Microcontroller Lab

Students work with microprocessor and microcontroller trainer kits, learning detailed applications and interfacing techniques. The lab is equipped with various trainer kits and modules for a deeper understanding of microprocessor-based system design and programming.

Modulation & Communication Systems

Communication Lab

In this lab, students study modulation, demodulation, and antenna radiation patterns. Major equipment includes RF trainers, spectrum analyzers, fiber optic kits, signal generators, and a variety of communication signal processing tools for hands-on learning.

VLSI Circuit Simulation

VLSI Lab

The VLSI lab focuses on simulating combinational and sequential logic circuits, test bench creation, and functional verification. Students work with tools like Xilinx, OrCAD, Mentor Graphics, and FPGA kits for practical VLSI design and implementation.
